Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, if you are local living on Guam, we offer local pickup or meetup if you decide not to ship your items. 

 How can I place an order(s)?

You can place an order on our site at www.kaaslittlekreations.com or if you are browsing through our Instagram, you will find a link in the bio that will direct you to our online shop.

 When will my order ship?

Depending on the item(s) you ordered, for example: faith apparel, shipping can take between 5-7 business days from the day after you place your order. All other products ordered are shipped within 1-3 business day(s).

As a small business, this allows us to ensure that we deliver the best quality products to our customers. 

How do I know if my order was processed and/or shipped?

 KAAS' Little Kreations will send you the tracking information to the email or contact number provided upon check out to inform you that your order has been shipped.

 I just received my tracking number, but it just says label created / it has not been updated in a while.

It takes up to 48 hours for USPS to update their system.

 Do you refund for wrong addresses?

We do not refund if you input the wrong address during check out. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure your address is up to date when you are placing an order. You will have to contact USPS to change your address or if USPS returns mail back to sender, you will need to get in contact with us through email to correct the address. Fees to resend package will be at the customer's expense.

 What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Our return and exchange policy period lasts 14 days and only applies to apparel. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, we cannot process your return or exchange. Jewelry are FINAL SALE due to hygiene & sanitary reasons.

To be eligible for a return or exchange on our apparel your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the health and safety of our customers, items that are used and/or washed will not be exchanged or refunded.

10am - 3pm (Monday - Friday)

 CLOSED (Saturday & Sunday)
