We ship orders through USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address or contact number you provide during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 24 - 48 hours to update.

KAAS' LITTLE KREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS. If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS for more info.

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package. 

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of USPS, please contact USPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS's website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

We cannot guarantee there will be no delays with the USPS. If your package is delayed, it is not KAAS' Little Kreations' responsibility, and we appreciate your patience in receiving your package.

*We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.



Our return and exchange policy period lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, we cannot process your return or exchange. Returns and exchanges do not apply to jewelry. Jewelry are FINAL SALE due to hygiene & sanitary reasons.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the health and safety of our customers, items that are used and/or washed will not be exchanged or refunded.

In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a message of your Order # and a picture of your damaged product through our contact form on our website or e-mail us at kaaslittlekreations@gmail.com. The products are considered damaged if you at first receive a faulty item, NOT after you have touched and worn them.
