Our Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy period lasts 14 days and only applies to apparel. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, we cannot process your return or exchange. Jewelry are FINAL SALE due to hygiene & sanitary reasons.

​To be eligible for a return or exchange on our apparel your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the health and safety of our customers, items that are used and/or washed will not be exchanged or refunded.

In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a message of your Order # and a picture of your damaged product through our contact form on our website or e-mail us at kaaslittlekreations@gmail.com. The products are considered damaged if you at first receive a faulty item, NOT after you have touched and worn them.

All products are thoroughly checked upon dispatch.
